Hi, I'm Alex, I'm studying Mechanical Engineering at Sheffield University. I love teaching, especially maths, and have worked with all different levels of maths ability at GCSE over 3 years of tutoring experience. I plan the content of my lessons around the topics my students are covering in school lessons, or the ones they find particularly difficult. I used to hate maths before I loved it, so I fully understand the difficulties that a lot of students have. Eventually, I reached a grade 9 at GCSE and A* at A-Level (also doing further maths). For fun, I like going to the gym, playing sports with my friends, the odd videogame here and there, and I'm also learning how to play guitar!
